- Provides day-to-day level 2 and level 3 support for our suite of applications which are small to large in complexity within HR and Compensation Technologies Applications by applying hands-on technical expertise.
- Participate in detailed design phases for small to large projects/ programs identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
- Continually enhances skills and builds knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business and information systems.
- Facilitates small to large group meetings for technical design, decision making, and problem solving and task implementation.
- Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.

- Applied experience and familiarity with the following platforms and technologies:
- 4+ years experience supporting business critical applications.
- Linux, AIX/UNIX and Windows Server operating systems.
- Python, Java, UNIX and/or PowerShell scripting.
- Software tools to automate IT infrastructure tasks under the Site reliability engineering (SRE).
- DevOps pipeline tools, for example GitHub, Jenkins, UCD, etc.
- Cloud technologies, for example OpenShift, Azure.
- DB2, SQL, Oracle Databases.
- Web Application Servers - WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, or similar.
- Security administration, SSL and cryptographic technologies.
- Identity federation, SSO, Azure and authentication systems.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
