We are seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience inside our restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all tasks in house
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage Manager - to train team members
- Ensure scheduling is within budget
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Budget food cost to within specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities - need to ensure managers are doing what they need to
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
