The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless and secure operations. Responsibilities: * Configure, manage, and maintain SonicWall firewalls and other network security devices. * Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues promptly. * Implement and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation. * Perform regular network assessments and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. * Visit customer sites for installation, onboarding, and configuration projects. * Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues for end-users. * Mentor junior team members with best practices and troubleshooting techniques. * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in network technology and security. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Administrator. * Knowledge of SonicWall, Fortinet, and Meraki technologies. * Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall configuration, and network security principles. * Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, SonicWall certifications are a plus.
