Senior Sales Representative NDT (B2B) - Alberta

Quality NDE, the largest distributor of Non-Destructive Testing products and equipment in Canada, is looking for a senior Inside/Outside Sales Representative for our office in Alberta. Our office offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is located in Edmonton.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join and lead our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying new customers, expanding product offerings with existing clients, and closing deals. You will be instrumental in guiding our team towards cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing accounts.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop relationships with current and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Source and identify new customers, develop sales strategy to penetrate accounts.
  • Use the Artificial Intelligence tool to identify customer needs and carry out the required follow-ups.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with the sale team by answering phone calls, email quotes, customer support.
  • Answering the phone, email quotes, customer support.
  • Maintaining the customer database.
  • Undertake any other duties related to the job.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales (B2B), with a strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NDT.
  • Possess strong technical aptitude and quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with Quality Control equipment.
  • Dynamic and self-sufficient, you will have to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel to the United States occasionally for training.

Monday to Friday. Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm (summer until 16h30 on Fridays).
