We are currently recruiting for talented Millwrights for a fortune 500 company location in Brampton/Mississauga. This is an amazing opportunity with above average compensation package. This full-time position is not only challenging but rewarding.

Responsibilities:

· Complete work orders and record material utilized on jobs performed

· Prepare reports on repairs, potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions

· Participate in the Preventative Maintenance program on all equipment for continuous improvements of all machines

· Investigate, experiment and implement controls and programming changes to improve productivity and quality on an ongoing basis

· Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts and perform installations of equipment

· Operate machine tools to fabricate parts required for overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machinery

· Utilize mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints or schematics and translate ideas accurately

· Work closely with the Electrical/Maintenance team to relocate or install industrial machinery within the facility

· Set-up and repair of automation and robotics

Qualifications:

· 443A – Certificate of Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or 3-5 years Maintenance Mechanic experience
