Quality Assurance Manager
Our client is a manufacturing company on Vancouver Island.
They are looking for an experience quality manager to oversee the quality programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, customer, and internal standards.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the Quality Assurance program
• Provide strategic leadership to both the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company, regulatory
• Mentor, train, and develop staff within the QA and QC teams
• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Other as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in a related field from food, beverage, consumer goods sector
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams in quality department
• Experience with internal audit, and USA and Canada regulations
