Currently, our dedicated and hardworking team is seeking new Landscape Construction Lead Hands and Crew Members to join us, to support our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects. Your tasks will include: * Report to our shop in the morning to receive your work assignments * Travel with your crew to customer job sites * Receive work directions from the foreman and lead hand on site * Perform a variety of physical labor tasks to assist in the completion of landscape construction projects or maintaining existing landscape projects * Operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out job tasks (chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, skid steers, excavators, etc.) Working with Envision Landscapes Since our inception in 2011, we've grown exponentially, and now employ a whole team of passionate landscaping professionals. Qualifications This is a labour-intensive, physical job which will require you to work outdoors often crouching, kneeling, walking and standing for long periods of time. In addition to being physically capable, the best candidate for this role will have had some previous experience working in a role involving physical labour, ideally outdoors. Ideally you will have: * Experience in a role involving physical labour * Experience operating tools/equipment such as chainsaws, jackhammers, levels, hammers, lawn-mowers, skid steers, etc. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
