Definition: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for day-to-day customer relations, order taking and order coordination, as well as for pro-active management of customer relationship. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: * Comply with all quality related policies, procedures and system requirements * Answer customer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner by mail, e-mail, phone, and fax or in person * Face-to-face (cash and carry) customer service * Enter customer's orders information into the accounting system * Coordination of shipping for customer orders: edit/update order, printing BOLs and pack list for the warehouse * Assistance to the warehouse and production on Inventory Control activities * Assist accounting clerk with month end/yearend process * Performing general office duties; copying, filing, faxing, etc. * Provide administrative support to management and other staff * Greet visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner, and assist the visitor's Wing's Host employee in the application of the Visitor's policy * Other duties may be assigned as necessary * Act as a primary Service contact for our Customers regarding existing business * Practice consultative and value-added selling techniques * Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with all Customers * Follow up, receive, input and expedite orders accurately and in a timely matter * Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Skills and Education: * High school Diploma or equivalent required * Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin * Strong interpersonal skills along with demonstrated diplomacy skills * Basic clerical and math skills * Strong attention to detail
