- 6 years demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder relationship management and engagement (i.e., determining the needs of senior stakeholders and understanding business priorities and pressures).
- 6 years ' experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating, and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
- 6 years ' experience in public sector procurement processes including an understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.
- 6 years ' experience providing guidance to procurement officers and stakeholders on defining, interpreting, and applying technical specifications for RFXs (Requests for Proposals, Quotes, Information, etc.).
Professional Licenses/Certification
- Yes : Completion of SCMP or other equivalent courses and associated certificates.
- 4 years demonstrated experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 4 years demonstrated experience working as a Trainer on at least one project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff.
- 4 years demonstrated working experience managing complex programs to meet business outcomes.
- 4 years ' experience with professional research methodologies.
