The Role:
We're seeking a Management Consultant Business Services to join our leadership team and take charge of both the big picture vision and the practical logistics that bring it to life. This role will be responsible for unifying, growing, and optimizing several specialist teams, ensuring they're equipped to scale and deliver exceptional support to our diverse client base, nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable end to end systems and workflows that support service delivery, client success, and internal operations.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align business services strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced service offerings; think creatively about how we can better serve our clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution of programs, liasing with operations and manage the logistics required to support a growing nationwide client base.
  • Champion clear, open communication across departments and with clients.
  • Set performance goals, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure team success.

  • Proven experience in a management consultant role
  • Experience in Client facing Delivery
  • Experience collaborating, mentoring & developing high performing teams
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker who's comfortable building out big-picture plans and executing the details.
  • Ability to lead through change and inspire teams during high-growth phases.
  • Comfortable navigating and optimizing across multiple functions and specialties.
  • Strong project management skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Experience with writing business cases and proposals
  • Experience with Contracts and procurement processes
