Interested in working in a spa setting? Looking for an opportunity which offers customer service, administration and sales? Look no further … our Spa Associate role blends customer service, maintenance, administration and sales. We are looking for a part-time individual to work evenings and week-ends (3-4 shifts / week). - At our reception desk, you will take phone calls, emails and setup appointments. Using your strong computer skills, you will keep accurate records for our team, letting them know services are scheduled. - Throughout the day, you will also help maintain and prepare facilities and rooms for our clients, including laundry, washrooms, and stocking supplies. - In terms of sales, you will ring up clients on their way out and advise them about the great packages and extras we offer.
