Adventure365 is a locally- owned and operated Outdoor Adventure Store that specializes in Ski, Bike and Run. As a Bike and Ski Technician, you are a crucial part of the Adventure365 team. This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales team!) with their equipment-related issues! This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of bikes and skis with customers and co-workers alike. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

· Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.

· Advise and assist customers with their product selection without bias.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

What You Bring:

· Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and/or bike and ski knowledge is a must.

· Training will be provided to the successful candidate, so being an expert isn't required, but passion is a must!

· Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail oriented.

· Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Good time management skills.

· A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.

· Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

Salary Range:

$16-18 / hour for Trainee position, to be determined based on experience

$18-$25 / hour for Technician, to be determined based on experience
