• Operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Utilize mechanical and analytical abilities to set up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for optimal performance.
• Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues and maintain production continuity.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay job instructions and coordinate tasks.
• Exhibit an excellent eye for color and pass a color blindness test to ensure accurate color reproduction.
• Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Additional related duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma is an asset
• 1 year of proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or similar role in a printing environment.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time during the press operation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Proven history of personal responsibility and accountability.
• Able to report to an afternoon shift
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
