Responsibilities include:

• Knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
• Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
• Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
• Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
• Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
• Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

Your Availability

• We are seeking candidates with flexible afternoon and evening availability Monday - Sunday
• Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Previous experience working in restaurants or other hospitality setting as a Server, Bartender, Host, Expeditor or other relevant role
• Valid Serving it Right Certification and thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
• Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge, WSET Certification considered an asset!
