Our client is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape the online presence and customer engagement strategy of a growing and reputable lumber and building materials (LBM) company. This is a great opportunity for a creative and data-driven marketer to make a meaningful impact in an essential, fast-paced industry that literally builds communities.
About the Company Our client is a well-established LBM supplier serving contractors, builders, and homeowners with quality products and dependable service. As they continue to modernize and expand their digital footprint, they're looking for a skilled marketer who understands how to tell compelling stories and drive results online.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (website, email, social media, paid ads)
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Facebook campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Maintain and improve the company website, including SEO, content updates, and landing page creation
  • Create engaging content tailored for contractors, builders, and retail customers (blog posts, videos, social media, email newsletters)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (product launches, promos, customer outreach)
  • Monitor and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Work closely with sales and operations to align digital efforts with business goals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital tools
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience (in-house or agency)
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to a contractor/retail audience
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or Shopify)
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other performance tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail
  • Bonus: Knowledge or passion for construction, renovation, or building materials
