Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high level internal and external customer service by answering questions, completing administrative tasks and support in a timely, efficient manner.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work closely with Operational Excellence Champions, Field Technicians, Engineers, General Managers, Project Managers, and other technical staff to gather information, verify accuracy, and ensure documentation meets the needs of the end-users.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of all documentation: Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to company style guidelines and industry best practices.
- Organize and structure information logically: Design and develop documentation layouts that are easy to understand and navigate, utilizing appropriate formatting, visuals (diagrams, photos), and indexing.
- Maintain a variety of technical documentation: This includes, but is not limited to:
- Detailed step-by-step procedures for electrical testing and maintenance tasks (e.g., transformer testing, circuit breaker maintenance, infrared thermography).
- Work instructions and checklists for specific field service activities.
- Safety protocols and guidelines to ensure technician safety on job sites.
- Observe all safety rules and Best Practices; Follow all company policies and
- Complete reports in Excel, Word or other company sponsored programs as
- Demonstrate a continual effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively with other departments to provide quality and seamless operation.
- Perform filing both electronically and
- Clerical support for safety training and final documentation for trainers.
- Completes other duties as
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- A post-secondary diploma in a related field, combined with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant education and experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.
- Strong MS office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently; Able to organize, plan and prioritize work
- Problem Solving skills
