The Landmark Group, a high-end landscape design and construction firm in Thornbury, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain a clean, professional office space
Handle filing, document management, office/kitchen supply inventory, and event coordination
Support bookkeeping: invoicing, credit card processing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll assistance
Assist with sales admin, client communications, and meeting prep
Provide HR support: job postings, onboarding, uniform tracking, training, and celebrations
Contribute to social media, blog posts, and client testimonials
What Were Looking For:
Experience in office admin, bookkeeping, or HR support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks; experience with LMN or BambooHR a plus
Ability to work as a team and/or independently, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
