We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in Construction Labour – Mobile Specialty Trailers. In this role, you'll help maintain, repair, and occasionally renovate the trailers used by production crews and talent. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and essential work that supports the heartbeat of the entertainment world. Headquartered in Etobicoke, ON (nearest intersection of Browns Line and Lakeshore), Starline Production Rentals Inc., was founded in 2000 and has grown steadily through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Our resources include a fleet of over 850 specialized trucks and trailers to service the dynamic film and television industry. Supplying custom-built vehicles to accommodate actors, hair and make-up, cameras, rigging, wardrobe and more requires ongoing repair and maintenance. Some other great things about us: * Work directly in the entertainment industry and support on-set operations * Be part of a hardworking, supportive, and safety-focused crew * Opportunities to grow your skills in construction, maintenance, and production logistics. * Benefit plan (health and dental) after 3 months * Boot Allowance $150 Yearly DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform general repairs and maintenance on production trailers (interiors and exteriors). * Assist in light construction and renovation tasks as needed. * Operate and maintain hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws, etc.). * Keep the worksite clean, safe, and well-organized. * Move and manage materials and inventory. * Follow safety procedures and report any equipment or structural concerns promptly. * Support the team with day-to-day tasks and duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * 1–3 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance and repair roles. * Experience in construction is an asset. * Familiarity with trailer and truck infrastructure, including exterior and interior fixtures, carpentry, painting, basic electrical and plumbing systems. * Comfortable using hand and power tools with a good understanding of safety. * Knowledge of safety protocols and practices. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. * Able to lift 40+ lbs. and handle physical work. * Team-oriented with great communication skills. * Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
