- Support data migration, ensuring flawless accuracy and integrity every step of the way.
- Resolve technical issues during implementation, escalating to the right teams when necessary.
- Stay proactive with regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Work with product and engineering to share client feedback and help shape product improvements.
- Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding and beyond.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows (a huge asset)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within SaaS or software implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—building rapport and trust with clients comes naturally.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle implementation challenges head-on.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client implementations independently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
