• Assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, etc.)

• Oversee the daily operations of the body shop, ensuring workflow and completion of repairs

• Supervise, schedule, and assign work to technicians, painters, and other staff

• Conduct final inspections to verify repairs are completed

• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships throughout the repair process, keeping customers informed of progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Body Shop Manager position

• Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
