- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and your network to source top-tier candidates for clients across a variety of industries.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job order intake to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and close placements with confidence, ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and client.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop leads, and expand your client portfolio.
