Length of Assignment: Contract
Salary: $24-26/hr

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Office Manager to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable under the direction and supervision of the Administrator, the Office Manger shall perform all necessary clerical and secretarial duties associated with the operation of The Long-Term Care Home.
The Office Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Preparation and Mailing of Resident Billing that includes but should not be limited to the following items: Accommodation Rate, Uninsured Services (as specified by Administration) and others as required. Assist with AR and AP and Payroll. Assist in Technical matters & Courier correspondence etc.
  • Performs all necessary clerical duties associated with the daily operation for administration including recording system, filing, faxing, typing, photocopying, and ordering supplies, mail sorting and delivery.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with union agreements and labor laws.
  • Prepare a variety of high quality, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents. Keep and retrieve all documents as required.
  • Maintain communication with outside parties such as residents, families, suppliers, partners, clients, business contacts, etc. wherever and whenever required.
