- Manage project billing, subcontractor invoices, and client billing packages.
- Ensure compliance with invoicing terms, Construction Act requirements, and contracts.
- Oversee purchase orders, change orders, and financial reporting across platforms (Maestro/Textura/Procore).
- Support Project Managers with financial tracking, budget monitoring, and cost reporting.
- Assist with invoice adjustments, accounts receivable, and financial documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams and attend billing meetings.
- Degree in Business Administration/Commerce.
- 3-6 years of accounting experience in Construction OR Real Estate.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and confident communication skills.
