Job Description: - Assist in supervising warehouse staff and oversee daily activities - Coordinate shipping and receiving processes - Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery - Assist in heavy lifting (50-60lbs) and moving of inventory when necessary - Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 for inventory tracking - Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize warehouse layout and workflow - Fabricate and build pallets as needed for shipment Skills: - Proficiency in warehouse distribution operations - Experience with order fulfillment processes - Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks - Familiarity with warehouse management systems, particularly AS400 - Competence in utilizing reach trucks for material handling - Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff efficiently Top 3 Requirements Warehouse experience/ manufacturing Familiar with forklifts/Tow Motor Preferrable Must be willing to pitch in/hands on/all hands on deck attitude Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
