Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction
Our client is a well established and growing business in the heavy civil and environmental sector with head office in the Lower Mainland.
The Project Manager to provide overall direction for the completion of heavy civil and environmental projects. Project Managers are responsible for overall project performance.
Responsibilities:

• Performing material take-offs, pricing for project control recording, and reviewing bid documents (specifications, drawings, addendums, bid alternates, delivery dates, and bid closing dates.)
• Overseeing project performance including costs, schedule, planning, project coordination, quality, and project status
• Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Report on project performance status updates to senior management
• Health and Safety of the team
• Other as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a project role with heavy civil, environmental or related experience
• Strong project leadership with hands on experience in heavy equipment, bidding software and related are an asset
• Ability to travel throughout BC to job sites as required
• Strong with team communication and time management

Salary open to 100-140,000 range depending on experience.
