Our client, a technology solutions firm in Toronto, renowned for its innovative and tech-driven approach, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to understand client requirements for complex web or mobile projects. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for development and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and senior architects to complete development projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain application software to established standards and specifications with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure all tasks and projects undergo comprehensive quality assurance checks for accuracy and completeness before being handed off.
• Work in an agile environment.
• Ensure that projects are completed within the designated timeline.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of one complete project from start to finish.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, including technologies such as NodeJS, NextJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other relevant languages and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Dev Containers (VSCode) and Docker is a bonus.
• Strong experience with Git or a similar version control tool.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB/DocumentDB
• Proven experience with the complete software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
