Our client, a rapidly expanding global fintech platform, is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead high-impact user acquisition efforts in Canada.

This role involves leading end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on data-driven strategy, user acquisition, and brand awareness in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate brings deep marketing expertise, strong collaboration skills across global teams, and a passion for working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You must have past experience in banking or online brokerage to be considered for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, branding, in-app)
- Collaborate with global and headquarters teams to align strategic goals and share insights
- Analyze Canadian market trends to inform campaign strategies and positioning
- Monitor key metrics like CAC, ROI, and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance
- Act as the marketing subject matter expert for local consumer behaviour and industry trends
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on large-scale user acquisition
- Background in financial services or fintech preferred; startup experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Canadian market and consumer trends in financial services
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings
