Forge Recruitment is currently searching for an Intermediate Corporate Associate to join a thriving downtown Vancouver law firm.
About the Role

• In this role, the successful candidate would be responsible for drafting, revieweing and managing a variety of corporate transactions and contracts, assisting clients with business strucuring and incoporations, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

The Offer

• Competitive Salary ranging from between $120,000 - $160,000

What You Bring

• 2+ years' experience in one, or more, of the areas of corporate/commercial, M&A, private equity, corporate finance and/or corporate lending
• Solid "hands-on” experience with sophisticated corporate transactions (M&A, capital raising, lending)
• A collaborative approach to the work environment, a true team player
