Our client is a global flooring manufacturing company with an office in Montreal. They are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to their newly formed Salesforce Team.

In this role the successful candidate will work closely within the team to support the Salesforce Sales, Service, SFMC platforms.

  • Assess, define, implement, and communicate Salesforce solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • The ability to communicate solutions to problems to varied audiences and stakeholders
  • A Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about enabling teams to leverage Salesforce capabilities to design solutions driving business value
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, product managers and analysts to design solutions through the full life cycle
  • Ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user permissions and user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years hands-on configuration experience with SFDC solutions, especially Service Cloud and Lightning experience
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of SDLC best practices for SDFC solution development
  • Ability to define implementation scope and provide estimates on effort required to build the solution
  • Committed to continuous learning and development
  • Must hold at least one Salesforce Certification
