We are looking for someone with experience doing restoration activities including demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage. **PLEASE NOTE: All applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week long term on their SIN - the shift runs between 7:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday** Job Duties - Perform activities including light repairs, demolition and general cleaning as needed - Ensure work is completed according to measurements, specifications, drawings, plans or other production materials/instructions - Perform Water / Flood and Contents duties as required - Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections - Constructing polyethylene enclosures - Removing and disposing of debris - Provide excellent customer service - Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines Qualifications: - Must be living in Stratford, Ontario - Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience preferred - Must be able to preform heavy lifting - Customer service skills - Eligible to operate a motor vehicle with valid G license. - Clean Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract - Written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested - Periodic travel may be required Pay rate: - $20/hour - Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit Apply today for this great job opportunity!
