Health and Safety Manager - Construction
Our client is a well established construction company with projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Responsibilities:

• Review and develop SOPs for the H&S department
• Team management, leadership, coaching and development
• Work closely with WorkSafeBC for all regulations and requirements
• Oversee joint H&S committee process and ensure involvement and compliance
• Manage incident reviews, return to work procedures and related, ensuring a strong safety culture
• Site safety - develop processes, practices and requirements for job sites
• Other as required

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years as a manager in construction safety
• CSO or related certification
• Ability to travel throughout Lower Mainland / Drivers License
• Experience with MS Office and industry related software

Salary 120-140,000+
