Position Summary:
We're seeking a talented, experienced Senior Cabinetmaker who can hit the ground running—someone who takes pride in their craft, understands high-end cabinetry, and brings leadership and precision to the shop floor. You'll work closely with our production team to build and assemble custom millwork with a high level of detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct cabinetry, wall panels, shelving, millwork trims, and specialty items with precision, ensuring consistency with design intent and material requirements.
• Set up and safely operate woodworking machinery including table saws, jointers, planers, edge banders, wide-belt sanders
• Fit, assemble, and finish components in-shop, ensuring seamless joinery, consistent reveals, and flush alignment. Prepare pieces for smooth on-site installation..
• Inspect all work for craftsmanship, fit, finish, and structural integrity before passing off to finishing or delivery. Identify and correct any deficiencies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior cabinetmakers and apprentices, sharing knowledge and ensuring best practices in fabrication and safety.
• Work collaboratively with the shop lead and project team to maintain schedules, flag potential delays, and coordinate production phases.
