Job Description:
As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for:
✅ Installing and securing solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems
✅ Measuring, cutting, and assembling racking systems for panel placement
✅ Ensuring proper alignment and positioning of panels for maximum efficiency
✅ Handling and organizing installation tools and materials
✅ Following safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
✅ Assisting with basic wiring and connection tasks (No electrical license required)
Requirements:
✔️ Prior experience in solar panel installation (must have experience)
✔️ Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work at heights, and handle power tools
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
✔️ Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
✔️ Availability for the full project duration
