We are looking for a Licensed Millwright to join our Protein and Salt business. In this role, you will support daily production processes, ensuring our operations meet high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance on process equipment, including welding, pipe fitting, pump work, machinery, heating, and plumbing.
• Operate motorized vehicles to move or lift products, equipment, or materials within various facilities.
• Comply with corporate policies related to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory (FSQR).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working independently or within a team.
• Work in varying conditions such as extreme temperatures and confined spaces.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Millwright.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in extreme conditions.
• Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and safety skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, welding, and pipe fitting, is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings.
• Welding certification or other trade experience.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
