Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time

About the Role:
As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the key connection between our doctors and patients — guiding each patient from their initial consultation through to the start of treatment. You'll be responsible for coordinating appointments, presenting financial plans, and supporting patients with clarity and care.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment presentations

• Explain orthodontic procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage

• Coordinate treatment start appointments and manage aligner tracking (Invisalign, iTero Lumina scans)

• Maintain detailed, digital patient records

• Work closely with orthodontists, clinical teams, and front desk staff

• Support a smooth, professional, and welcoming patient experience

Technology & Tools:
We are a heavily digital practice and utilize leading-edge software platforms and tools — including iTero Lumina for digital scans and case monitoring. Comfort with technology and digital charting is essential.

Work Hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  

Compensation:
We offer a competitive wage of $32–$38 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We're looking for someone exceptional, and we're ready to invest in the right fit!
