About Us:

At Reusables, we're driven by a vision of a waste-free world and recognize the urgent need to address the environmental impact of our current systems and habits. We believe that meaningful change requires institutions to offer frictionless systems that make sustainability effortless and tangible.

What began as a grassroots initiative offering reusable takeout containers to restaurants and cafes in Vancouver, has since grown into an enterprise technology platform reaching institutions across North America. Today, Reusables is helping to eliminate thousands of tons of single-use waste each year, empowering businesses to join the journey toward a cleaner, more sustainable future.

As a venture-backed and mission-driven company, we are passionate about making impact at scale. We are a young, weirdly talented group of ‘high-octane' individuals that are relentlessly focused on the planet, people, and profit – in that order.

About the Role:

Reusables.com is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Lead to lead our go-to-market initiatives in North America. This role is pivotal in driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness while directly supporting our sales efforts.

As Marketing Lead, you will take ownership of our marketing strategy—optimizing digital campaigns, managing content, and refining brand positioning to align with business objectives. You will play a key role in lead generation, brand credibility, and revenue growth, overseeing content creation, paid and organic campaigns, and data-driven performance optimization.

This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support company goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving measurable results, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for three major objectives:

  1. B2B go-to-market execution (i.e. how, where & when we communicate our products to our prospective customers)
  2. Top of Funnel Lead Generation (i.e. book our Account Execs more appointments)
  3. User Engagement (i.e. how much our end-users love us)

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Refine our go-to-market strategy and ICP documents to ensure we are hyper-focused on the right customer and have the messaging to line-up against their needs
  • Set measurable marketing goals and track performance using KPIs and analytics.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business growth.

Content Creation and Campaign Management

  • Create content across web, social, email, and paid channels.
  • Create and manage Campaigns that are tailored to meet certain company objectives
  • Manage and enhance website content and performance.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice in collaboration with designers.

Digital Marketing and Growth

  • Optimize lead generation funnels and nurture campaigns.
  • Manage a high-impact newsletter for our community
  • Craft drip-sequences that go out to our prospects and talk about campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid and organic digital campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google advertising.
  • Leverage analytics to track and improve campaign performance and ROI.

Trust Building – Community & Thought Leadership

  • Develop high-quality customer case studies that highlight the success of our customers through a variety of mediums, including copy, video & photography that can be distributed in various formats on web, print, social and speaking engagements
  • Manage conference and trade-show presence including registration, sponsorship, speaking opportunities, booth layout, etc.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work with sales to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
  • Partner with product and customer support to communicate product updates and customer stories.
  • Align marketing efforts with company-wide objectives and initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
  • Track marketing spend and its impact on business outcomes.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing and sales.
  • Proven success in lead generation and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record of optimizing performance.
  • Experience in early-stage enterprise sales and marketing in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
  • High-ownership mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to align teams around marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a small, agile team with a hands-on approach.

Why Join Us:

The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic. By 2050, plastic in the ocean will outweigh fish. In that same year, GHG emissions associated with plastic production, use and disposal, would account for 15% of allowed emissions as per the Paris Agreement. Recycling is the current solution to single-use plastic, however only 5% of plastic is recycled in the U.S. (9% in Canada). Governments around the world are banning single-use plastics and leading businesses have made commitments to eliminate packaging waste across their product offerings by 2030. Experts have proven reusable packaging in a circular economy to be the most environmentally sustainable option. However, food businesses, our primary target market, are facing a major challenge in the adoption of reusables: the costs and complexity associated with offering reusable packaging on their own are untenable. For consumers, there currently is no mainstream option for reusable packaging.

The ocean already contains 165 million tonnes of plastic, and by 2050, plastic waste could outweigh fish. Reusable packaging is the most sustainable alternative, but adoption has been hindered by cost and operational complexity. Reusables.com removes these barriers, offering a scalable, tech-enabled solution for food businesses.
