We are on the lookout for a Senior Analytics Engineer who shares our passion for growth and problem solving. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the worlds of engineering, analytics, and business insights. This is a highly visible role that is critical to our success.

About the RoleYoull be the architect and executor behind our data stack and analytics reporting building the pipelines, dbt models, and dashboards that power decision-making across the company. This is a hybrid role: part builder, part mentor, part strategist. Youll report to our SVP of Strategy & Analytics and collaborate daily with teams across Operations, Engineering, and Finance.

What Youll Do

• Own and evolve our analytics stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Fivetran)
• Partner closely with operations to understand our processes and how to reflect them into an optimized data model and dashboards
• Define and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and metric definitions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executives to deliver actionable insights
• Drive automation and process improvement in tools across the business that rely on our data infrastructure
• Lead a small team of data analysts
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence
• Advanced SQL and dbt skills; deep experience modeling data in cloud warehouses
• Experience with BI tools (we use Looker)
• Comfort with Python for scripting and light API data extraction
• Experience leading projects or mentoring teammates
• A pragmatic, systems-thinking mindset and interest in operations and business process improvement
