Senior Operations Manager/Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company in the online brokerage and wealth management space, and they're seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead large-scale, data-driven user acquisition campaigns tailored to the Canadian market.

This leadership role will oversee the core brokerage operations in Canada, including middle office, settlements, account opening, and customer support. You'll work closely with the CEO and other leadership to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with tech teams to improve trading systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational teams including margin lending, settlement, and support
• Drive operational excellence through automation, scalability, and compliance
• Collaborate with technical product managers to enhance trading platforms
• Maintain a strong risk management and regulatory compliance focus
• Align operational strategy with business goals for Canadian market growth

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior operations role within a brokerage or trading environment
• Deep understanding of Canadian trading systems (e.g., Broadridge, IRESS)
• Experience in middle office functions, settlement, and margin operations
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong collaboration skills with tech and product teams
• Detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
