Requirements:

• Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years in professional painting.
• Skill Set:
  • Expertise in Prep work, including, filling, sanding, caulking, and masking.
  • Expertise in various painting techniques.
  • Proficiency with brushes, rollers.
  • Expertise in spraying highly valued.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury paints and finishes.
  • Independent and effective work practices.
• Detail-Oriented: Unwavering attention to detail.
• Reliability: Consistent dependability and respect for project deadlines.
• Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive professional attitude.
• Portfolio: A collection of previous high-end residential painting projects.
