Precision Property Management, established in 1991, specializes in managing non-profit housing communities throughout the GTA.
We are in search of a Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years non-profit housing experience.
The ideal candidate is as follows:

• Someone that competently understands building codes, property standards, and high-rise building operations.
• Strong personality able to give direction to staff while taking control of urgent situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Excellent resident relations skills able to provide services to diverse residents in a professional,
  pleasant and respectful manner.
• Effective leadership skills able to coach staff and earn their respect.

Vehicle required to drive to different properties within the GTA.
