SITE SUPERINTENDENT-HIGH-RISE: Kitchener OR London, Ontario
Our client is seeking a High-Rise Construction Site Superintendent to join either their London or Kitchener teams. This heritage Developer has been constructing "purpose built" high-rise buildings for over 50 years throughout Southwestern Ontario.
Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent with at least one full cycle high-rise project.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain work schedules alongside the Project Manager.
• Manage inspections, documentation, and site safety compliance.
• Schedule trades, order materials, and supervise labor force.
• Maintain accurate records of work hours, job codes, and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Superintendent leading mid-to-high-rise projects with minimum ONE full cycle project.
• Strong working knowledge of blueprints, the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Ontario Building Codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
