Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex business and technology initiatives, driving seamless collaboration across product development, software engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Agile Execution & Cross-Team Collaboration: Lead Agile squads, working closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, and technology leads to deliver high-impact solutions with speed and precision.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop integrated delivery plans, coordinate dependencies, and prioritize initiatives to optimize execution efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with executives, domain leaders, and external partners to align priorities, drive decision-making, and maintain smooth enterprise-wide coordination.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively while managing changes effectively across projects, ensuring clarity in scope, timelines, and financial implications.
- Enterprise Coordination & Reporting: Provide key insights, performance metrics, and risk analysis to senior leadership, Agile Practice teams, and the Enterprise PMO.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects in an Agile environment.
- Strong financial industry expertise and deep understanding of regulatory-driven project requirements.
- Experience managing dependencies across teams, vendors, and enterprise initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Ability to navigate hybrid methodologies, balancing Agile execution with enterprise-wide waterfall processes.
- Industry certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PMP) are a plus!
