Profession: Intermediate Land Analyst (Grande Prairie, Alberta)
Our team is seeking an experienced Land Analyst to join our team. This individual will need to have a proven ability to prioritize tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will participate in the logistical and administrative support of the land acquisition process and will need to integrate with a dedicated and energetic team.
Responsibilities include
Generate professional surface land and right of way documentation.
Provide a range of professional administrative support for the surface land team.
Handle third-party applications related to surface land and right of way.
Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration.
Maintain and update processes related to surface land management.

What we require
3-5 years of surface land experience. Candidates with higher experience levels will be given preference
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook
A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
Detail orientated and focused with ability to be flexible to changing priorities
What will set you apart
Land administration or related experience across a variety of energy sectors
Knowledge of Provincial and Federal legislation
Crown and Freehold Experience
Strong knowledge in Identifying Third Party requirements
Experience and knowledge with SPIN II and Land Titles
Experience in various land and right of way databases
Petroleum Land Diploma/Certificate
Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta
