As a Director of Wealth Management, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth, developing client relationships, and leading a high-performing advisory team. Responsibilities of the Director, Wealth Management is as follows but not limited to:

  • Provide expert guidance on complex accounting matters, addressing technical inquiries and communicating insights to senior leadership throughout the issue lifecycle.
  • Oversee the financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results, as well as preparing key disclosures for senior management and external reporting.
  • Manage internal controls and governance, driving a risk-based approach to SOX and non-SOX processes, identifying emerging risks, and maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Oversee financial infrastructure, including reporting structures, system enablement, and month-end close processes, continuously improving efficiency and control measures.
  • Serve as the primary finance liaison across multiple business functions, collaborating with key regional and global teams to enhance financial oversight.
  • Own the balance sheet attestation process, working with stakeholders to resolve recurring issues and strengthen financial controls.
  • Foster strong relationships with business leaders and finance partners to drive strategic alignment and provide expert financial insights.

  • Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience, including expertise in financial reporting, regulatory disclosures, and internal controls.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to governance, proactive problem-solving, and a sense of urgency in issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, handling high-level executive requests effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of making independent decisions and adapting quickly to evolving responsibilities.
  • Skilled in engaging with senior finance leaders and external auditors, presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
