Are you a skilled metalworker with leadership experience? We're looking for a Metal Shop Foreman to lead our fabrication team and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced metalworking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the metal shop
Oversee a team of fabricators, welders, and machinists
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Manage work schedules, deadlines, and material inventory
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
Train and mentor shop staff to improve productivity and safety
✅ Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing setting
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of metalworking tools, machinery, and techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred)
