In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our manufacturing products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prospect and identify potential business clients within the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and support.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients, tailored to their specific business needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profit while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and create sales materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build industry presence and generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing support and product updates to clients after the sale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling complex manufacturing solutions or industrial products.
  • Strong network within the food service and retails
