In this role, you'll serve as the owner's representative, guiding projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the VP, Development, you'll bridge the gap between development and construction, providing strategic insight from the early planning phases while advocating for quality, cost-efficiency, and constructability through to occupancy.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Act as the primary construction advisor to the internal Development Management team.
- Embed construction insight throughout the lifecycle—from design feasibility and budget planning to construction delivery and handover.
- Serve as the owner's lead with external construction managers, ensuring alignment on schedule, cost, and build quality.
- Troubleshoot active projects and guide best practices across procurement, execution, and delivery.
- Help develop internal standards and contribute to building a scalable construction platform as the portfolio grows.
