Castelar Tool is Canadian manufacturer of industrial cutting tools primarily for the aerospace and automotive industry. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team to support our growing company.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing stock orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Understanding our products and services.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Proficiency in paperwork including sales orders and purchase orders.
• Working knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Office suite and ERP.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills.

Job type: Full Time, Permanent

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any ability to work remotely.

Schedule: 44-hour work week.
