We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and is able to independently manage a wide range of residential real estate transactions from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and mortgage files from start to finish.
Liaise professionally and effectively with clients, financial institutions, municipalities, title insurance companies, and the Land Registry Office.
Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct title searches and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards.
Utilize real estate software and platforms including PC Law, Teraview, and LDD to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential real estate law.
Strong working knowledge of PC Law, Teraview, and LDD platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.
