Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care including examination, diagnosis, and treatment for various dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and endodontic treatments.
• Conduct thorough assessments of dental health including the identification of dental caries and other oral diseases.
• Manage patient records accurately, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with dental staff and professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and best practices in dentistry.

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD program (Canadian or American Dental Institutions).
• Active dental license in good standing to practice in the province of British Columbia.
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, techniques, and patient care standards.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice.
• Hands-on experience in various dental procedures including, but not limited to, surgeries and treatment plans.
• Proven ability to interact compassionately with patients and facilitate their comfort during procedures.
